Teaching

Last two years I had an interview with the school where I belong now and one of the interviewer asked me, "Why do you want to be a teacher?"
Shortly, I answered, "Teaching is my passion." Honestly, I was not sure with my answer. However, I had strong motivation at that time to pass through whatever happened. The school year commenced and I doubted whether I could carry on all these activities in the first semester or not. As the result, I surely failed and suddenly gave up and wanted to retire from this job. My friend reminded me about something dealing with the professional working matters and supported me not to retreat myself at the middle of school year. It was just a process which took a long time and what I needed to do was just reflecting on things previously happened.
So, I am still here now with my professionalism as a teacher, improving myself and building up new characters. I just believe that everything takes time and the person needs a chance, then it's called a process.
